AS OF MARCH 12TH, 2020
At Exhaust Masters Total Car Care Center, we strive to be the most trusted provider of automotive repair service in our community since 1974. As such, we are closely monitoring the global COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation via the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and with local, state, and federal health administrations.
To date, we have taken a number of proactive measures to help ensure the health and safety of customers and employees at our location.
We have established additional preventative measures to help stop the potential spread of COVID-19 within our locations. Some of these measures include:
Handwashing protocols with an increased focus on washing between each customer transaction.
Steering wheel & Seat covers, where present, will be used on all vehicles entering the bay.
Hand sanitizer, where available, will be utilized throughout our store location for customers and teammates.
Disposable gloves will be used by our customer service teams and mechanics as needed.
Changing of our uniforms at least twice a day or more times as needed.
Our employees have also been asked to stay home should they not feel well enough to come to work. We would also like to encourage our customers to think through how they can minimize risk as well. If you or a loved one aren’t feeling well, give us a call and we will happily reschedule your appointment to another day.
Rest assured, the safety of our employees and customers remains our top priority. The steps noted above are to protect both our employees and customers while remaining open for the community we serve.
Please accept our thanks in advance for your help and understanding as we all work together during this challenging time.
Stay Safe,
